Senior Financial Analyst - Investment Banking

You'll conduct comprehensive industry research and analyze major market players—both financial and strategic—globally to uncover insights on trends, profit drivers, competitive positioning, and growth prospects.

This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your understanding of investment banking practices and products, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, minority and majority recapitalizations, restructurings, and advisory services such as takeover defense, fairness, and solvency opinions and valuations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing complex financial models and conducting in-depth analyses across various industries
• Composing detailed memoranda for sale and financing assignments
• Creating impactful materials for advisory assignments, including presentations of fairness and valuation opinions
• Identifying, evaluating, and reaching out to potential targets or acquirers
• Coordinating and facilitating due diligence processes with transaction counterparties
• Preparing compelling presentations and pitch materials to generate new business
• Writing insightful research reports on select industries and sectors

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a motivated and articulate individual with strong analytical, writing, and technical skills. An entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative mindset are essential. A robust work ethic and a positive attitude are critical for success. Candidates should have 2 - 4 years of experience with middle-market companies, along with strong academic credentials, including a Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution. Previous experience in investment banking, corporate development, accounting, or consulting will be highly regarded.
