Our client, a prestigious investment banking firm, is seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team in Seattle, Washington, US . This pivotal role involves providing in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and strategic insights to support mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and corporate finance advisory services. The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of financial modeling, market dynamics, and client relationship management, playing a key part in advising diverse corporate clients.

Responsibilities: Develop complex financial models to support valuation, transaction analysis, and strategic planning for M&A, IPOs, and debt/equity financings. Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial statement analysis, market research, and competitive landscape assessment. Prepare comprehensive presentations, pitch books, and reports for client meetings and internal deal reviews. Assist in the origination and execution of transactions, working closely with senior bankers and clients. Analyze industry trends, economic conditions, and capital markets to identify investment opportunities and risks. Support client relationship management by providing timely and accurate financial advice and transaction support. Coordinate with legal counsel, accountants, and other advisors throughout the transaction process. Monitor post-transaction performance and provide ongoing support to clients. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential client needs and proposing relevant solutions. Mentor and train junior analysts and associates, fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and firm policies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related financial advisory role. Expertise in financial modeling, valuation methodologies (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable companies), and LBO modeling. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, CapIQ). Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and senior management. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
