We are seeking an experienced financial business analyst to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs while driving financial modeling initiatives aligned to overall business strategy. This role focuses on building and maintaining financial models, partnering with stakeholders, planning initiatives, and automating processes to improve efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate brings strong financial modeling expertise, stakeholder management experience, and product management knowledge, along with the ability to operate with ownership and dive deep to deliver high-visibility impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage complex financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems to ensure alignment with overall business strategies
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into structured plans
- Write detailed documentation outlining user needs, program functions, and system modifications
- Lead financial planning efforts and contribute data-driven perspectives to business discussions
- Automate and improve financial and reporting processes with a long-term, scalable mindset
- Lead and direct the work of others as needed, leveraging experience and judgment to accomplish goals
- Manage increased workload while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
