• Partnering alongside the Analytical Research team and cross functional teams on product and process development projects
• Design experiments, interpret report results, troubleshoot and mitigate product and process issues to develop new products and reformulation/reprocess of current products
• Participate the tech transfer of products between sites Support new APIs/excipients sourcing

skills & experiences required.

• Master or Mphil or PhD in Pharmaceutical Science, Industrial Pharmacy, Chemistry or related areas
• Experience oral solid formulation is a must, other dosage forms are a plus
• Understand the regulatory environment and some knowledge in new drug application
