About the Role 

As our G&A Recruiter, you will partner with the our Lead G&A Recruiter, CFO & Leadership team to source, recruit and close talented professionals to join our world-class organization. We are one of the fastest growing companies in Silicon Valley and you will be essential to the continuous growth!

We are fully in office in San Mateo, California.

What You'll Do

Develop relationships with our executive team to collaborate during the hiring process.

Partner with our Lead G&A Recruiter and our G&A coordinator to build out teams across the business.

Use many platforms to source excellent talent and actively source passive candidates. Reqs will be for accounting, strategic finance, and real estate/workplace.

Make compelling presentations to all candidates about Verkada and the overall Organization.

Manage full cycle recruiting process, keeping a strong pipeline and manage the interview schedule.

Track and document candidate communications in ATS.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s Degree required

4-6 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience. Agency, RPO, in-house or a blend

Strong ability to influence using collaboration

Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast paced, start up environment

Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities

Commitment to excellence and top performance

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High analytical horsepower

Annual Pay Range

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
