In this client-facing Investment Consulting role, you will primarily work with our Healthcare clients, focusing on growth investment practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with clients' staff, investment committees, and boards to provide comprehensive investment advice and solutions.
- Conducting thorough market analyses, evaluating investment managers, portfolios, and overall investment performance.
- Utilizing your expertise to design, develop, and communicate tailored investment solutions for our clients.
- Working collaboratively across various internal teams to enhance investment strategy, portfolio management, research, marketing, sales, and consulting practices.
- Mentoring junior colleagues in their professional growth and development.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients while engaging with current clients to expand the range of services we provide to support their objectives.
What you bring to the table:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Over 8 years of relevant experience.
- A strong track record of delivering excellent client service.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Experience articulating complex topics to clients of varying expertise levels across traditional and alternative investments.
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing atmosphere.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail while grasping the broader context.
- An eagerness to stay informed about current industry trends and market conditions.
- Adaptability and decisiveness.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A desire to guide and motivate junior team members.
- Preferred experience in managing relationships with multi-billion dollar health systems.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $122,400 to $244,800, with actual pay determined by factors like experience, skills, location, and other considerations. In addition to the base salary, eligible employees may receive performance-based incentives.
