Hiring a Senior HIL Engineer – Team Lead to support advanced EV/HEV powertrain validation, HIL/SIL simulation, test automation, controls integration, and functional safety initiatives in Novi, Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Lead HIL strategy and test architecture for EV systems
• Build and optimize test automation frameworks
• Drive validation for normal, edge case, and fault scenarios
• Support plant models for motor, inverter, battery and driveline systems
• Collaborate with controls, calibration, and systems teams
• Mentor engineers and lead technical reviews
• Own communication fidelity, diagnostics, KPIs, and test coverage strategy
