Senior Ignition SCADA Support Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Ignition SCADA / OEE Platform Support Engineer (L2 / L3).

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 / L3 application and production support for Ignition-based platforms, ensuring high availability and continuity

Perform incident triage, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in complex environments, driving corrective actions

Support event-driven integrations with Apache Kafka and collaborate with teams to ensure data accuracy and operational stability

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of hands-on experience with the Ignition platform

5+ years in Production Support / Application Management Services for large-scale applications

Strong understanding of OEE business logic and manufacturing KPIs

Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architectures

Familiarity with Qlik for enterprise-level OEE dashboards and reporting
