Senior Industrial Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost, and quality. Design and implement improved facility layouts and workflows. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering. Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Experience with simulation software and CAD tools. Excellent project management and leadership abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
