Our client, a leading innovator in advanced manufacturing, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Industrial Engineer to optimize their production systems and enhance operational efficiency. This role, based in our dynamic San Diego, California facility, offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a balance between on-site process analysis and strategic planning. You will play a crucial part in streamlining workflows, improving productivity, and implementing lean manufacturing principles.

As a Senior Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing current manufacturing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and developing data-driven solutions to improve throughput, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Your expertise will be applied to designing efficient layouts, optimizing material flow, implementing automation solutions, and establishing performance metrics. You will collaborate closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the company's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and layouts to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on manufacturing operations. Proven experience in implementing lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of process analysis tools, statistical methods, and simulation software. Experience with CAD software for layout design and material flow analysis. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
