Senior Industrial Engineer, Process Optimization

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Industrial Engineer with a specialization in Process Optimization to join our operations team. This position, based at our facility in Dallas, Texas, will be instrumental in analyzing, designing, and implementing improvements to our manufacturing and operational processes. You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, developing data-driven solutions, and leading the implementation of changes to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall quality.

Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed studies of production lines, workflows, and plant layouts; collecting and analyzing operational data; developing process models; and recommending strategic improvements. You will utilize various industrial engineering methodologies, such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and simulation, to drive efficiency gains. Collaboration with production staff, management, and cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure the successful adoption and sustainability of implemented changes.
