Senior Insights Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Insights Analyst - Retail.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop reports and dashboards using BI tools, ensuring effective communication of insights to stakeholders

Utilize advanced analytical techniques to uncover trends and provide actionable recommendations for business stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements and present findings to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence

Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI

Experience with data governance, data quality management, and data security best practices

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor a team of analysts
