What will you do?
- Develop, enhance and maintain financial models and cash flow analyses to evaluate and support investment opportunities
- Execute underwriting for acquisitions, development projects, and value-add investments, including sensitivity and scenario analyses
- Conduct market, demographic, and comparable property analyses to support strategic investment decisions
- Prepare and review investment memorandums, feasibility studies, and draft proposals for proposed acquisitions and disposals
- Manage and coordinate due diligence activities, including lease reviews, analysis of operating statements, and validation of underwriting assumptions
- Support investment execution and disposal processes, working closely with internal teams and external advisors
- Assist with ad hoc investment, asset management and sales-related assignments as required by the investment team
Who are we looking for?
- Degree holder in Surveying, Finance and Economics or a related discipline
- Candidates with 3years+ experience in real estate, investment or finance will be an advantage
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Demonstrates a can-do attitude with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
