Key Responsibilities: Develop complex financial models for valuation, LBOs, and merger analysis. Conduct comprehensive industry and company research. Perform due diligence on potential transactions. Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and other transaction-related materials. Assist senior bankers in client meetings and negotiations. Monitor market trends and identify potential investment opportunities. Liaise with legal counsel, accountants, and other advisors. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity.
