Senior Investment Banking Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Develop complex financial models for valuation, LBOs, and merger analysis. Conduct comprehensive industry and company research. Perform due diligence on potential transactions. Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and other transaction-related materials. Assist senior bankers in client meetings and negotiations. Monitor market trends and identify potential investment opportunities. Liaise with legal counsel, accountants, and other advisors. Support deal execution across various M&A and capital markets transactions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards. Contribute to team-based projects and share knowledge effectively.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. 2-4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or private equity. Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial data terminals (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon).
