This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to contribute to complex financial transactions and advise corporate clients on strategic financial decisions. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth financial analysis, building sophisticated financial models (DCF, LBO, M&A), performing valuation analyses, and preparing comprehensive pitch books and client presentations. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional quantitative skills, a strong understanding of corporate finance principles, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment. You will work closely with senior bankers, assisting in deal execution, client relationship management, and market research.
