Responsibilities:
Develop complex financial models, including DCF, LBO, and accretion/dilution analyses. Perform valuation analysis using various methodologies (comparable company analysis, precedent transactions). Assist in the origination and execution of M&A transactions and capital markets deals. Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials. Conduct industry and company research to identify potential investment opportunities and strategic implications. Support senior bankers in client meetings and negotiations. Manage and mentor junior analysts and interns. Analyze financial statements and market data to identify trends and key insights. Coordinate with legal counsel, accountants, and other advisors during transaction processes. Ensure the accuracy and quality of all analytical work products. Stay informed about market trends and economic conditions impacting the firm's clients. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statement analysis. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. High level of attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
