This high-impact role will be responsible for developing and articulating sophisticated investment strategies across various asset classes to meet client objectives and drive firm growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine multi-asset investment strategies based on macroeconomic analysis, market trends, and proprietary research. Conduct in-depth research on global economies, capital markets, and specific investment opportunities. Construct and manage investment portfolios, balancing risk and return objectives. Provide thought leadership and present investment strategies and market outlooks to internal teams, clients, and prospective investors. Collaborate with portfolio managers, research analysts, and client relationship teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies. Monitor portfolio performance and market conditions, making tactical adjustments as necessary. Develop and maintain quantitative models for asset allocation and risk management. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and their potential impact on investment strategies. Contribute to the development of new investment products and solutions. Mentor junior strategists and analysts, fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and analytical rigor. Required Qualifications: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field; MBA or CFA designation strongly preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment strategy, portfolio management, or a similar analytical role within the financial services industry. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful investment strategies across diverse asset classes (equities, fixed income, alternatives). Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of macroeconomic principles, financial modeling, and valuation techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts clearly and persuasively. Strong presentation skills and experience presenting to senior management and institutional clients. Proficiency in financial databases and analytical software (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet).
