Senior IT Analyst

Nanhua Financial (UK)Corporation Limited is a FCA regulated derivatives brokerage company.

Job Description：

1.Handling incidents, problems and requests relating to server/network infrastructure and end-user computing environment

2.Daily checks to ensure availability and health of systems and services.

3.Management, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the technical environment to reduce incidents and ensure smooth operation.

4.Participating in Exchange-mandated system and failover testing.

5.Delivery of IT application/infrastructure projects to meet changing business requirements.

6.Liaise with vendors to plan and implement work, and to follow up to ensure service levels, and ongoing compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements：

1.Maths or IT related degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience within IT support role.

2.Strong experience of supporting/managing IT systems in a financial trading environment.

3.Good knowledge of trading platforms (eg CQG, TT, ATP)

4.Good knowledge of Microsoft server, end-user and cloud (Azure) technologies and services, and Active Directory.

5.Good knowledge of Cisco network/firewall equipment, and VPN configuration

6.Knowledge of Windows Batch file scripting、Python scripting、LINUX operation、security solutions and best practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
