What you’ll do
- Lead the intake, assessment and prioritization of business technology demands and manage the overall IT project portfolio
- Drive end-to-end delivery of system enhancements, integrations and digital initiatives, ensuring governance and quality compliance
- Oversee enterprise systems (FMS, ERP, workflow and custom applications), including upgrades, migrations and continuous improvements
- Manage BI dashboards, data models and analytics development while ensuring strong data governance and accuracy
- Lead and develop the IT System Support & BI teams, managing performance, workload and capability growth
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating needs into technology solutions and supporting digital transformation
- Maintain strong communication and relationships across business units, vendors and technical partners
Key qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related discipline; Master’s degree is an advantage
- 5-7 years of experience in IT business systems, demand management, or business intelligence, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong experience in system analysis, solution design, and project management
- Solid knowledge of SQL, VBA, .NET, Java, web technologies, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Navision, and platforms such as IBM Tririga or MRI
- Demonstrated experience managing BI tools, data models, and reporting frameworks
Personal skills you excel
- Knowledge of AI and robotics will is an advantage
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from concept to execution
Candidate with more experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.
