Senior IT Engineer - Ordering and Onboarding

As a Senior IT Analyst- Digital Ordering & Onboarding\ here at Honeywell, you will lead high-impact IT projects, drive data-informed decisions, and enhance operational efficiency. Your expertise will shape our technology roadmap and maintain our competitive edge. You will report directly to our Director of IT, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Analyst to lead our Digital Ordering & Onboarding team. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on ServiceNow workflow automation and streamlining end to end workflows to reduce the amount of manual work required by the Digital Ordering & Onboarding teams. This role is responsible for managing the computer refresh program, coordinating new hire IT onboarding, and serving as a customer advocate by providing end-to-end exceptional order support of IT hardware and software.
