We are seeking dynamic (Senior) Java Developer
to join a leading global fintech company specializing in digital trading solutions. This is a unique opportunity to architect and manage innovative platforms that revolutionize how users engage with financial markets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement products and solutions for our derivatives exchange platform using a microservices framework.
- Work in tandem with the product management team to enhance existing models and develop new products and algorithms.
- Engage in code reviews, testing, and release activities.
- Build a system that supports rapid deployment with automated testing, continuous integration, and delivery.
- Identify and resolve challenges within back-end infrastructure and platforms.
- Analyze and address issues across different technology stacks.
- Collaborate closely with the security team to create and maintain a secure, scalable infrastructure and back-end services.
- Help manage documentation for all code and functional implementations.
- Partner with the Dev Ops team to consistently improve and upgrade the technology stack.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in trading or financial services, with a strong understanding of internal trading desks and operations.
- Preferably experience at an Investment Bank, Hedge Fund or Exchange developing trading applications in Equity, FX or Derivative products in traditional or crypto market.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and products is a significant advantage.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and market trends.
- Understanding of retail and institutional trading behaviors, including spot, derivatives, and options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders across various departments.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with trading platforms and tools is a plus.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
