About the role
Own end-to-end ML: from problem framing and data pipelines to model training, evaluation,
and production deployment. You'll ship robust systems that move key metrics — not just
models.
What you'll do
- Translate product problems into ML solutions and measurable targets.
- Build reliable data pipelines and features; ensure data quality.
- Train, evaluate, and iterate on DL/ML models.
- Productionize models (APIs/batch jobs), monitor performance, and improve.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ship impact fast.
What we're looking for
- Strong engineering skills: Python, software design, testing, code reviews, performance.
- Solid grasp of ML fundamentals (supervised/unsupervised), deep learning, and evaluation.
- Experience with MLOps tooling (experiment tracking, CI/CD, containers, cloud).
- Comfort with one major cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Basic proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking for technical documentation
Nice to have (Plus)
- Product sense: able to scope MVPs, trade off accuracy vs. speed, and define success metrics.• LLM experience: prompt/retrieval, fine-tuning, distillation, inference optimization.
- Advertising domain: ads ranking/creative optimization, attribution, or bidding systems.
