Senior Machine Learning Engineer, AI Platforms

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms for various applications, including predictive modeling, natural language processing, and computer vision. Build and maintain robust data pipelines for training, validating, and deploying ML models. Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define ML project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Conduct thorough research on new ML techniques and technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation. Develop and implement A/B testing frameworks and experiments to evaluate model performance. Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and fairness of deployed ML systems. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's knowledge sharing and best practices. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Document technical designs, model architectures, and implementation details. Contribute to the overall AI strategy and roadmap of the company. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their ML services. Solid understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and algorithm design. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
