About the Role

As a Senior Manager in our Advanced Analytics practice focused on the Health Sector, you will play a pivotal role in transforming care delivery for our clients by leveraging data, analytics, and advanced technologies. You will assist organizations in redesigning their AI strategies and deploying cutting-edge solutions that improve financial stability, enhance digital transformation, and personalize user experiences at scale.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale client engagements end-to-end while managing project scope, risk, timelines, and budgets to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Help clients structure their data to facilitate better decision-making using AI and automation, ensuring human oversight transforms data into actionable insights.
  • Design, develop, and scale advanced analytic products and solutions, from pilot projects to enterprise-wide deployments, utilizing leading technologies and cloud providers.
  • Produce compelling executive-level communications such as proposals and presentations that clearly convey insights and the value of AI-enabled solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their priorities and identifying new business development opportunities.
  • Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions with various stakeholders to foster innovation and response to healthcare mega-trends.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a high-performance culture aligned with EY’s values.
  • Shape go-to-market strategies and proposal frameworks, serving as a thought leader in AI-enabled decisions and workflows.
  • Lead strategic partnerships to enhance solutions for clients' pressing business challenges.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare challenges faced by payers and providers, and the ability to translate those needs into technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to align analytics with business value and manage engagement economics effectively.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years of experience in data and analytics strategy within healthcare.

  • A strong track record of driving revenue growth and developing client relationships at the executive level.
  • Additional qualifications such as a Master's degree in related fields or relevant certifications will be advantageous.
