Senior Manager, Analytics

Lead Analytics Strategy and Client Impact

  • Serve as a senior analytics partner across multiple client accounts, acting as a primary point of contact for measurement and insight needs.
  • Design and implement measurement frameworks that align to media strategies, business objectives, and client goals.
  • Develop test-and-learn approaches, optimization scenarios, and forward-looking analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive media performance and business outcomes.

Own Reporting, Insights, and Data Integrity

  • Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, forecasts, scenario plans, and performance reporting using media, behavioral, and business data.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting and analytics outputs.
  • Troubleshoot data and reporting issues, partnering with internal teams to resolve gaps or discrepancies.
  • Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and processes to support scalability and continuity.

Collaborate and Improve Analytics Operations

  • Partner closely with media, analytics, and cross-functional teams to ensure analytics solutions support broader strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and processes that increase efficiency and scalability of analytics operations.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the analytics practice through shared learnings, best practices, and innovation.

Own Reporting, Insights, and Financial Stewardship

  • Oversee performance reporting, pacing, and insight delivery, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and actionable recommendations.
  • Support portfolio-level forecasting, margin management, and financial health assessments.
  • Diagnose performance challenges and build strategic plans that address root causes and drive efficiency and growth.
  • Facilitate monthly invoicing process in partnership with Finance team

Lead, Mentor, and Develop the Team

  • Manage, coach, and support a team of analysts through clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and career development guidance.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture grounded in curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning.

WHAT YOUR BRING

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or a related field, with hands-on experience in digital marketing measurement.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to mentor and develop analysts.
  • Deep experience designing and delivering media measurement frameworks across multiple digital channels.
  • Strong technical proficiency with SQL, Python, R, and BI/visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with marketing and audience platforms (Google, Meta, Adobe, Salesforce) and data integration tools like Adverity, Fivetran, Funnel, or ChannelMix.
  • Confident communicator who can present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and accountable, with a strong commitment to task management and follow-through.
  • Curious, proactive, and resourceful, with a growth mindset and openness to feedback.
  • Passionate about building strong teams, improving processes, and advancing analytics capabilities within an agency environment.
