Senior Manager, Customer Insights & Data Analytics

The Insights & Analytics Team is composed of driven strategy and analytics professionals who utilize data to empower business partners in making informed decisions that fuel both top- and bottom-line growth. As a vital part of the customer experience group, we concentrate on loyalty, marketing, digital services, and make a significant impact across the business.

As a Senior Manager of Insights & Analytics, you will play a high-visibility role in our Phoenix Home Office, where regular access to senior leadership presents a unique opportunity to significantly influence our business direction. This role requires:

• Strong autonomy and collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A deep understanding of the retail industry and the needs of our pet parents.
• Expertise in analyzing pet parent behavior, developing KPIs, and crafting actionable insights from data queries and analyses.
• A commitment to fostering a modern analytics ecosystem that incorporates AI for scalable, self-service insights.

Desired qualifications include:

• Proficient in data manipulation and analytics solutions, especially in cloud technologies (e.g., Google Cloud).
• Strong SQL skills, with advancements in R and/or Python preferred.
• A strategic, curious, and collaborative mindset.
• Effective communication skills, especially in translating technical concepts for a diverse audience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Management Systems, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
