We are seeking high‑calibre candidates for the following positions: Senior Manager/Manager/Senior Officer in Operational Risk, Risk Management (Insurance Risk), Compliance, Company Secretary, Quality Assurance. Positions offered will depend on the qualifications and experience of the candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Senior Manager (Operational Risk)
- Review, establish and monitor operational risk framework, policies and processes in compliance with the company’s key risk areas.
- Handle operational incident management, KRI management, insurance product due diligence, business continuity plan, outsourcing management, etc.
- Assist in risk management of capital, ALM and insurance/reinsurance risks.
- Detailed tasks include ORSA report, HKRBC capital risk management, risk framework and policy review, product DD and risk monitoring.
Senior Investment Manager
- Responsible for investment strategy formulation and implementation to meet company objectives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for the Investment Committee, Asset Liability Management Committee and related committees.
- Analyze new products and provide guidance for the new product approval process.
- Evaluate fund manager performance and conduct ongoing portfolio review.
- Make presentations to senior management on new product ideas and seek approvals.
- Recommend fund products to best reflect the asset allocation view.
- Maintain regular meetings with investment managers and ongoing portfolio review.
- Liaise regularly with senior internal stakeholders including Senior Management, Finance and Risk Management departments.
- Assist in annual investment plan, performance benchmark and key risk indicator settings.
Investment Manager
- Responsible for investment strategy formulation and implementation to meet company objectives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for the Investment Committee, Asset Liability Management Committee and related committees.
- Produce and generate management reports regarding exposure, P&L and other ad‑hoc management information requests.
- Analyze new products and provide guidance for the new product approval process.
- Evaluate fund manager performance and conduct ongoing portfolio review.
- Make presentations to senior management on new product ideas and seek approvals.
- Recommend fund products to best reflect the asset allocation view.
- Maintain regular meetings with investment managers and ongoing portfolio review.
- Liaise regularly with senior internal stakeholders including Senior Management, Finance and Risk Management departments.
- Assist in annual investment plan, performance benchmark and key risk indicator settings.
Senior Compliance Manager (6‑Month Contract)
- Reporting to the Head of Compliance.
- Provide compliance advisory to business and maintain compliance programmes addressing market conduct, regulatory and internal requirements including sales compliance, conduct risk and personal data privacy.
- Participate in compliance‑related projects, initiatives and system launch/enhancement, review policies and procedures, compliance manuals in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Company Secretary (Manager)
- Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer.
- Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties to the company and its Board of Directors in a professional and timely way.
- Handle enquiries on company secretarial services and other regulatory/statutory compliance matters.
- Liaise with internal clients and external lawyers on company secretarial related matters.
- Formulate internal policies and guidelines for the company in accordance with statutory requirements, company secretary standards or group standards.
- Stay abreast of changes to the relevant legislation and regulatory requirements and assess the impact on the company’s business operations to ensure compliance.
- Take up projects or other ad‑hoc assignments as requested from time to time.
Senior Officer (Company Secretarial)
- Assist to handle company secretarial duties to the company and its Board of Directors in a professional and timely way.
