The Senior Manager, OT Program Delivery & Portfolio is a senior management role, responsible for playing a critical role in overseeing complex a client implementation project portfolio, including the optimization of resource allocation, managing risks, and driving successful project execution. This role contributes to continued success in supporting the delivery of high-impact projects that drive business value for clients and drives project profitability and client satisfaction. This is a people management role responsible for leading and supporting a client implementation project team(s) to achieve their goals and deliver optimal results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborates with senior management/leadership to ensure client implementation projects of a complex nature support their overall business strategy.
- Optimizes resource allocation across projects, considering skillsets, capacity, and business priorities.
- Makes decisions about resource allocation across different projects and programs in the portfolio.
- Ensures effective utilization of resources to deliver projects on time to optimize project profitability whilst maintaining excellent client satisfaction.
- Maintains alignment to NTT's project governance standards, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Balances the mix of projects and programs in the portfolio to maximize overall value and return on investment.
- Acts as client portfolio lead for identified key clients as required by the Technical Services Management lead.
- Defines and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project portfolio performance.
- Prepares regular reports and presentations for senior leadership on portfolio health and progress.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including project managers, executives, and stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Manages relationships with external vendors and partners contributing to the project portfolio.
- Leads and mentors a team of project managers, fostering their professional growth and development

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business or Project Management or related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent is essential.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Extended experience in project management, with a proven track record of overseeing complex portfolios of projects.
- Extended experience gained within a global IT services organization.
- Extended experience in leading/influencing the development and implementation of a comprehensive project portfolio management strategy aligned with organizational strategic objectives.
- Extended experience in collaborating with key stakeholders to prioritizes projects based on their contribution to business goals, resource availability, risk factors.
- Extended experience managing a team responsible for evaluating project proposals, resource availability and budget constraints to make informed project decisions.
- Extended experience overseeing the financial aspects of the project portfolio, including budgeting, cost estimation, and tracking actual expenditures.
- Extended experience in implementing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential threats to project deliverables.
- Extended experience in establishing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the health and progress of projects within the portfolio.
- Extended experience in preparing and presenting comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate portfolio performance to senior leadership.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Able to hear and speak into a telephone.
- Close visual work on a computer terminal.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required to operate computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments.
