Senior Manager, Risk Adjustment Analytics

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Medical Risk Adjustment Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze member information to ensure accurate Risk Adjustment Factor representation

Develop and implement processes for data accuracy and compliance with regulations

Oversee data submission and monitor Risk Adjustment Factor calculations across various lines of business

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a Clinical related field or equivalent experience

Seven years of experience in analyzing healthcare claims data and / or risk scores

Three years of management / supervisory experience

Experience in communicating and presenting to senior leadership preferred

Knowledge of healthcare reporting standards preferred
