Senior Manager (Risk Management & Investigation), FLG/SVC

What the role is:

Family Life Group (FLG) strengthens and supports families to realise the vision of making Singapore the best place for family life through our policies, programmes, and publicity efforts.

The Services Division oversees a range of services designed to build and support families at different life stages. We believe that strong families form the core of a strong society. The Baby Bonus and Leave Branch administer the Baby Bonus Scheme and the Government-Paid Leave Schemes, which are key initiatives to support Marriage and Parenthood.

What you will be working on:

This position offers an excellent opportunity to apply your investigation and enforcement skills to safeguard the integrity of Baby Bonus and the Government-Paid Leave schemes.

You will lead investigations to ensure compliance with Baby Bonus and Government-Paid Leave Schemes through three main areas:

What we are looking for:

• Relevant qualification in any field of study with minimum 5 years of investigation experience, including strong competency in statement taking and interviewing techniques
• Working knowledge of Singapore's criminal justice system and civil proceedings processes
• Preferably with experience in collaborative work with legal advisors and enforcement agencies, proficiency in data analytics and automation tools (Excel, Power BI, Python), and strong analytical, communication, and report writing skills
• Demonstrated integrity, sound judgement, and ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure
