Join us as a Senior Manager within our Risk & Quality Data Science team, where you will leverage your expertise to turn data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

In this role, you will cultivate your leadership skills as you guide cross-functional teams, mentoring team members while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in analytics. You will navigate complex business challenges, apply critical judgment, and communicate effectively to ensure alignment and clarity among stakeholders.

The Opportunity: You will lead predictive analytics initiatives addressing risk and quality use cases, serving as a hands-on analytical lead and strategic partner. Your role will include formulating questions around data, recommending modeling approaches, and delivering insights that are ready for decision-making.

What You Must Have:

  • High School Diploma.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in risk, compliance, or relevant fields.

What Sets You Apart:

  • A Master’s Degree in Data Processing, Analytics, Science, Computer and Information Science, Mathematical Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or Business Administration/Management.
  • Extensive experience in analytics, data science, or applied modeling.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end analytics workstreams.
  • Ability to work effectively with evolving or imperfect datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver stable, review-ready outputs.
  • Competency in machine learning and predictive analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive in aligning on project scope and requirements.

Compensation for this role ranges from $91,000 to $321,500, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. Eligible hires can look forward to an annual discretionary bonus.
