Are you a strategic thinker with a talent for translating complex project data into executive-level insights? We are looking for a Senior Manager to join a high-performing team focused on Strategic Portfolio Management for a leading financial institution.

This role is central to the organization’s transformation journey, ensuring that multi-million dollar investments are tracked, optimized, and aligned with long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Financial & Performance Management: Drive the analysis of program performance by comparing Planned vs. Actual spend; track key benefits and identify emerging trends to optimize ROI.
• Program Tracking & Data Quality: Maintain a "source of truth" for the project portfolio, tracking delivery status, milestones, KPIs, and execution success metrics.
• Annual Planning & Prioritization: Play a lead role in the annual planning cycle, engaging with Group Pillars and Local Business Units (LBUs) to prioritize strategic initiatives.
• Stakeholder Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to LBUs and functional teams, deeply understanding their transformation roadmaps, funding requirements, and delivery assumptions.
• Executive Insight: Distill complex portfolio data into clear, high-impact themes and reporting for Board and Executive-level leadership, highlighting critical risks and areas for management attention.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: Proven track record in Portfolio Management (PMO), Strategic Planning, or Financial Management within a large-scale corporate environment.
• Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to manage large data sets and extract meaningful insights regarding financial performance and delivery health.
• Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to see beyond the numbers to understand the "big picture" of a global transformation roadmap.
• Collaborative: Comfortable navigating a complex matrix organization and building strong relationships across different business units and regions.
