What you’ll bring
Education
A professional or academic qualification (degree level or equivalent), or relevant and practical experience.
Language
Fluency in English required, proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
Overall experience
Significant experience within a professional services firm or consulting environment, including Consulting, Deals, and/or Tax.
8+ years of experience in professional services in a client-facing role or internal risk management.
Specific experience
Strong working knowledge of the engagement lifecycle, including client acceptability, continuance, compliance, engagement delivery, and quality review/assurance processes.
Experience leading or supporting risk, compliance, or quality initiatives at firm or portfolio level.
Demonstrated experience applying risk frameworks to live engagements and strategic initiatives.
Experience working with senior leadership in a complex, matrixed organisation.
Knowledge and skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured judgement.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
