YOUR IMPACT

In this role, you will lead the strategy and oversight of our third-party risk program, encompassing suppliers and client-facing collaborators. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and refining a comprehensive third-party risk management (TPRM) framework that supports a diverse and global ecosystem.
  • Designing and managing the firm's third-party risk lifecycle, which includes risk identification, onboarding, monitoring, issue management, and offboarding.
  • Ensuring consistent application of the framework across varied third-party segments while customizing approaches for different risk profiles.
  • Improving onboarding processes to align with firm risk appetite and user experience expectations.
  • Collaborating with global teams to inform policies, standards, and controls, utilizing operational insights and emerging risk assessments.
  • Managing third-party risk tools and digital capabilities, enhancing data, automation, and reporting infrastructures.
  • Leading complex global initiatives that bolster our program capabilities and involve cross-functional engagements.

Based in offices located in London, Philadelphia, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, Boston, Miramar, Tampa, or Washington DC, you will drive a strong risk management culture, strengthen training initiatives, and ensure effective documentation.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 10+ years of experience, with a significant focus on third-party risk management, compliance, or related fields in a global organization.
  • Deep knowledge of third-party risk management frameworks, onboarding processes, and internal controls.
  • Proven capability in leading enterprise risk programs and driving initiatives.
  • Experience in professional services or consulting environments is strongly preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of global regulatory standards and frameworks.
  • Comfort with TPRM/GRC platforms and digital solutions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills for translating data into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication abilities.
