As a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes with a strong emphasis on automation technologies. Your core responsibility will be to enhance production efficiency, improve product quality, and reduce operational costs through the application of advanced automation solutions. This includes evaluating current manufacturing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies for integrating robotics, automated assembly lines, and other intelligent manufacturing systems.
Key responsibilities involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of automated processes. You will develop process documentation, train operators on new automated systems, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
