Responsibilities

·  Optimize Hubspot Strategy for full funnel alignment with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

·   Work with the Growth Marketing team to build and scale Merkle Science’s marketing operations & insights ·   function, creating the right marketing operations framework, automation, and reporting to accelerate our growth.

·   Standardize campaign processes around lead capture, data capture, assignment, notification and other workflows.

·   Develop reports that help the marketing team analyze key KPIs including marketing channel performance and effectiveness, funnel conversion rates, and other key conversion metrics.

·   Build the attribution model for the marketing organization and help clearly define the marketing impact on the growth of the company.

·   Manage ongoing projects and effectively communicate status across stakeholders.

·   Balance long-term projects with day to day changes and demands across a dynamic go to market organization.

·   Serve as primary system administrator for marketing operations platforms and integration points.

·   Draft documentation and update ongoing documentation around new and existing system architecture
