Job Summary
Looking for a Senior .NET Engineer with strong Azure + AI automation experience to build agent-driven workflows and modernize processes in the P&C insurance domain. This role requires hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot-like) and building intelligent automation systems, not just traditional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable applications using C# / .NET Core on Azure
- Build and orchestrate AI agents for workflow automation
- Design LLM-driven automation pipelines (multi-step, decision-based workflows)
- Integrate tools and systems using MCP (Model Context Protocol) and APIs
- Automate insurance workflows (underwriting, claims, policy lifecycle)
- Ensure reliability with fallback handling and monitoring
Required Skills
- Strong experience in C# / .NET Core + Azure
- Hands-on with AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, etc.)
- Experience building automation workflows using LLMs
- Understanding of MCP servers / agent-tool integrations
- Strong API and microservices experience
- Experience in P&C Insurance domain
Preferred
- Multi-agent orchestration (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.)
- Experience with document processing / NLP
- Exposure to Azure AI / OpenAI ecosystems
