Job Description

What is the opportunity?

As a Senior Network Engineering Specialist, you will provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on F5 Load Balancers, DNS, CDN. You will advise appropriate design to application owners and stakeholders to onboard new applications on load balancer platforms.

Provide support with technical escalations, incidents, and project management. The experienced analyst may provide recommendations and contribute to the solutions in an area of expertise including leading work streams that are part of a medium initiative.

What will you do?

  • Provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) on F5 Load Balancers, DNS, CDN.
  • Advise appropriate design to application owners and stakeholders to onboard new applications on load balancer platforms.
  • Responsible for end-to-end change management leading to completion and resolution.
  • Documentation and addressing Risk & Compliance tasks within the team.
  • Lead day-to-day implementation and support.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • University Degree in Network Engineering or a related field or Equivalent years of experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in the following technologies: F5 Load Balancers, DNS, CDN.

Nice to have:

  • ITIL v3: Foundations, Operational Support & Analysis
  • Programming language experience (ex. Python)
