Senior Operational Risk Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr Operational Risk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, execution, and review of the Operational Risk Management Methodology Frameworks, focusing on RCSA and Control Testing

Manage and implement changes to the RCSA Operational Risk Framework and related procedures to align with industry best practices

Produce analysis and reporting on Operational Risk Frameworks and manage internal and external exams with regulatory agencies

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of relevant experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Operational Risk

Experience with Operational Risk Management Frameworks, including RCSA and Control Assessment

Knowledge of regulatory guidance related to Enterprise and Operational Risk

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Risk Management, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience

Familiarity with Governance Risk and Control (GRC) tools and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
