Senior Operational Risk Officer

A company is looking for a Senior Operational Risk Officer for the Consumer Bank. Key Responsibilities Execute risk oversight activities for the Consumer Bank and operational risk programs Provide guidance and oversight on legal, regulatory, and operational risk issues Develop and implement operational risk policies, procedures, and training for line of business personnel Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Operational Risk or related functions Proven ability to work collaboratively across the organization In-depth knowledge of internal controls, risk assessments, and compliance processes Strong leadership and relationship management skills
