A fast-growing aerospace company developing next-generation lunar and robotic technologies is seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to support operational excellence across engineering, manufacturing, and business functions.

This role will focus on improving internal systems, processes, and operational workflows to help scale the development and deployment of advanced space technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operational activities across the business
  • Work cross-functionally to identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions
  • Participate in root cause analyses and corrective action initiatives
  • Prepare operational reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership teams
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, work instructions, and process documentation
  • Track and report on company and project metrics to support decision-making
  • Support strategic initiatives and business growth objectives
  • Drive operational consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across teams

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience within Operations, Engineering, Business Operations, or Process Improvement roles
  • Experience implementing operational processes and procedures
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within fast-paced environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Familiarity with AS9100, ISO9001, or similar quality standards
  • U.S. Person status required
