Job Description

HEAD OF OPERATIONS

Full-time (40hrs a week), On-site Wrocław, Poland Check out The Global Talent Co.'s talent network: https://globaltalent.co/globaltalentnetwork/

About Us: At The Global Talent Co., we provide opportunities to work with leading innovative technology companies worldwide, offering stable employment, competitive compensation, career growth, and access to a community of 25k+ like-minded marketing professionals.

About the Company: Join a fast-growing European brand-experience company shaping how businesses show up in physical space! Founded in 2014 with offices across Germany, Poland, and Sweden, the company designs and manufactures custom logo signage at scale, operating multiple consumer brands across the continent. Through people, processes, and technology, they're on a path to become the industry's first truly scalable player.

About the Job: As Head of Operations, you will architect the processes, workflows, and systems that take the company from craft to industrial scale. Combining financial literacy with leadership and the courage to engage with the newest technologies, you'll lead operations along the metrics of cost, speed, and scale, manage multiple teams across design, warehouse, assembly, and service coordination, and drive the company's transformation to AI-agentic workflows.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure smooth operations along the metrics of cost, speed, and scale.
  • Improve efficiencies through processes, workflow automations, and software.
  • Manage and develop the design, warehouse, assembly, and service coordination teams.
  • Implement operational KPIs across processes and teams; own budgets and profit-contribution improvements at company level.
  • Be a key driver of strategic company development and capability-building.
  • Drive the company transformation to AI-agentic workflows and systems.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of operational leadership in digital-native companies, with exposure to best practices.
  • Holistic architect of complex systems and workflows, with a scalability mindset.
  • Detail-oriented — able to dive into the underlying systems and workflows, not just oversee them.
  • People management and motivational skills, with multiple teams in your reporting line.
  • Strong financial fluency — comfortable with budget logic and reading a profit-contribution P&L.
  • High ambition, drive, and proven ability to deliver results.
  • Sharp analytical skills with the ability to articulate findings and lead with logic.
  • Ability (or eagerness to learn) to build and implement an AI-native tech landscape — building agents, vibecoding, and similar.
  • Tight prioritisation — works on few things and closes them out properly.
  • Fluent English (C1+); German or Polish a plus.

At The Global Talent Co., our mission is to bridge the gap between leading global tech companies and amazing global talent. We believe everyone deserves equal access to opportunities, regardless of the country they are born in.
