Senior Power System Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Power System Engineer - Renewable & Data Center Integration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support large load and generation interconnection studies in ERCOT and other transmission systems

Develop and validate steady state and dynamic models for large electronic loads and renewable resources

Participate in EPC HV / MV substation design studies and support microgrid design and control studies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems preferred)

8+ years of relevant experience in power systems planning and interconnection

Strong experience in PSS E dynamic modeling, PSCAD EMT modeling, and ETAP steady-state studies

Demonstrated experience with large load interconnection studies and ERCOT transmission planning

Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred but not required)
