Senior Principal Scientist

A company is looking for a Sr. Principal Scientist, Applied Science. Key Responsibilities Own the scientific roadmap for core AI capabilities, establishing clear hypotheses and success metrics Design robust evaluation and benchmarking for generative and predictive models to ensure scientific rigor Lead applied research projects from conception to productization while mentoring scientists and engineers Required Qualifications 10+ years in AI/ML research or applied science with experience in training and deploying models Demonstrated impact in designing and scaling ML systems and real-time applications Proven ability to lead scientific strategy and cross-team architecture efforts Proficiency in Python and modern ML stacks with a deep understanding of ML system performance Experience with Responsible AI frameworks and comfort in a global, cross-functional organization
