Senior Process Engineer, Advanced Manufacturing

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing operations, or a similar role within an industrial setting. Proven track record in optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing waste, and improving efficiency. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred). Experience with process simulation software and CAD tools. Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and problem-solving techniques. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
