This challenging role focuses on optimizing and developing advanced manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across production lines. You will be responsible for analyzing existing operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions that leverage new technologies and methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial engineering principles, a deep understanding of manufacturing systems, and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing new process workflows, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), conducting root cause analyses for production issues, and collaborating with R&D and engineering teams on new product introductions. You will also play a crucial role in process validation, equipment specification, and the implementation of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable improvements. Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing operations, or a similar role within an industrial setting. Proven track record in optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing waste, and improving efficiency. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred). Experience with process simulation software and CAD tools. Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control (SPC), and problem-solving techniques. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence. Experience in a relevant industry (e.g., aerospace, automotive, electronics) is a plus.
