Senior Process Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Process Engineer to drive the design and evolution of critical processes across the Enterprise line of business.

Key Responsibilities

Map, analyze, and redesign operational processes to improve scalability and efficiency

Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive process redesign efforts

Analyze operational performance to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in process engineering, operations, or business transformation within a SaaS or technology environment

Proven experience in designing and implementing cross-functional process improvements

Strong expertise in process mapping, workflow design, and operational analysis

Experience with enterprise operational systems such as Salesforce or ServiceNow

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified (or equivalent)
