This is an on-site position essential for driving continuous improvement initiatives across our production facilities. You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, analyzing complex processes, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Key duties include leading Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects, utilizing statistical analysis to identify root causes of problems, and developing and implementing corrective actions. You will also be involved in designing and optimizing workflows, improving material flow, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and engineering departments. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies. Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is highly preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential.
