Senior Product Analyst

you serve as a key product partner responsible for translating business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and deliverables. This role operates similarly to a Product Owner, responsible for the day-to-day execution of product development within an agile team. The Product Manager will set the strategy and vision, and you will support connecting the strategy to execution with data scientists, data engineers, and operations.

Your team is focused on novel insight generation from clinical and claims data using AI for application within various CVS Health programs. Responsibilities:

Own the definition and documentation of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensure requirements are clear, feasible, and testable for your data scientists and engineers. Gather requirements, set-up product demos, and support feedback loops for your team with stakeholders. Work with internal customers, end users, and other stakeholders to maintain product roadmaps.

Required Qualifications 1-2+ years of working experience.

Experience in product management or ownership, product analytics, data analysis, consulting, or product operations.

Experience supporting digital products, analytics platforms, or data products.

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a complex stakeholder environment driving consensus and fostering collaborative decision-making processes.

Demonstrated ability with data and metrics management and reporting.

Ability to drive outcomes in a complex environment and navigate ambiguity.

Strong excel and visualization skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working with healthcare data (claims, EHR, clinical datasets, or healthcare operations data).SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and/or with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)

Strong interest in the Healthcare sector; the ideal candidate should be passionate about making healthcare more efficient and want to be part of a transformational change in the Healthcare industry.
