  • C organization is looking to grow its Product team supporting Clinical Data Science & AI. Join us as we embark on an exciting journey to drive a transformational shift in how CVS Health leverages technology and analytics to become the leader in consumer healthcare in the U.S. As a Senior Product Analyst you serve as a key product partner responsible for translating business, clinical, and operational needs into clear product requirements and deliverables.

This role operates similarly to a Product Owner, responsible for the day‑to‑day execution of product development within an agile team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the definition and documentation of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Maintain and refine the product backlog in partnership with the Product Manager and Operations
  • Support adherence to and measurement of feature KPIs that are aligned with the overall program
  • Translate high‑level product strategy into detailed, functional specifications and workflows
  • Ensure requirements are clear, feasible, and testable for data scientists and engineers
  • Work closely with clinicians and operations to confirm business value, inform problem statements, and quantify the value of the team’s potential solution
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
  • Support the development of go‑live timelines with the core data science team and engineering partners; align on timelines and scope with stakeholders
  • Lead problem solving and prioritization for the team, factoring in trade‑offs between speed, scalability, accuracy, and quality
  • Liaise with clinicians to validate clinical AI model results and facilitate review and refinement
  • Gather requirements, set‑up product demos, and support feedback loops for the team with stakeholders
  • Work with internal customers, end users, and other stakeholders to maintain product roadmaps
  • Analyze product performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Clarify and coordinate dependencies with other product teams and stakeholders and mitigate risks and dependencies proactively
  • Follow agile best practices, including working with and leading a scrum team

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of working experience
  • Experience in product management or ownership, product analytics, data analysis, consulting, or product operations
  • Experience supporting digital products, analytics platforms, or data products
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a complex stakeholder environment, driving consensus and fostering collaborative decision‑making processes
  • Demonstrated ability with data and metrics management and reporting
  • Ability to drive outcomes in a complex environment and navigate ambiguity
  • Strong Excel and visualization skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with healthcare data (claims, EHR, clinical datasets, or healthcare operations data)
  • SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and/or with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
  • Exposure to executives and supporting executive‑ready data files and data storytelling
  • Strong interest in the Healthcare sector; the ideal candidate should be passionate about making healthcare more efficient and want to be part of a transformational change in the Healthcare industry

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Economics, or a related field
