Conduct deep-dive analysis into user behavior and persona journeys to identify friction points and recommend data-backed product improvements. Manage and prioritize the product backlog in Jira, balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term technical strategy and platform stability. The ideal candidate Has 5+ years of experience in a hybrid Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner role within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. Demonstrates mastery of agile delivery frameworks and tools like Jira and Confluence, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities under ambiguity. Possesses strong stakeholder management skills and the judgment to balance deep analytical thinking with the need to move fast and ship product.
